We are looking for a teacher

As a teacher with us, you will work based on a pedagogical model we call the Learning Model, which involves organizing teachers into teams that teach students across subjects together in a grade. We call this team teaching. In the role of team teacher, you create conditions for learning and guide towards the goals of the organization. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching together with your team teacher colleague. You will participate in development work, teamwork, and are expected to collaborate with colleagues in various ways. You and your team teacher colleague will work with one grade instead of multiple and follow them in the interdisciplinary work. This way, you build closer relationships and a safer interaction. You have a holistic view of the students' entire school day.

The interdisciplinary work is based on assignments built from LGR22, which provides a supportive framework for equity and quality. The assignments, in turn, contain clear elements of cooperative and value-creating learning. This way, school becomes more meaningful and much more fun.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, we see that you have:

• Teaching certification with qualifications in Mathematics and Science.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in pedagogical work as a teacher and mentor.

We would also like you to have previous experience working interdisciplinary and in teams.
